Hi, I'm Eugenio Vignali.

As may have happened to many of you, my path has not always been linear or downhill. Indeed, I can say that along the course of my life, both personal and professional, I have crossed different worlds, apparently distant from each other, but all connected by a single thread.

I started in Economics and Finance, first with a degree in Business Administration, then with a role in a bank which also led me to work in the City of London.

I explored the world of personal growth and evolution, meeting great masters and studying oriental philosophy. I then made these experiences and studies concrete in books, courses and conferences, which I have now held for more than twenty years.

I crossed the world of art, with photographic projects that I exhibited in Rome, New York, Beijing and then seeing my works sold at auctions or in art galleries.

I explored the world of interpersonal relationships, first becoming a family harmonizer and then a family mediator.

Since 2010 I have entered the world of civil and commercial disputes, becoming a mediator for public and private mediation bodies, a mediator trainer, and an expert in the quality of relationships and conflict management.

Finally, I brought my conflict management experience to the workplace by developing systemic and holistic people management models, including the corporate conflict management certification protocol called Conflict-Positive Organization.

In what I do, I have a single dimension: study, experience, personal growth but also science, art, philosophy and everything I've encountered along my way (by the way, I did it twice to Santiago!).
